We are barely into the new year and I don’t know about you all but it has already gone by so fast! I know we were all longing for a new year after the LONGEST year ever (cough 2020) but not like a COVID cough, don’t worry! So, what is it about a new year that always feels like the perfect time to break bad habits and have a fresh start? I mean, that’s what New Year’s Resolutions are all about right? If you look up the word “resolution” it actually says “a firm decision to do or not to do something.”

The thing about New Year’s Resolutions is that people usually don’t keep them for very long. No, seriously. Resolutions are pretty much a recipe for failure. Most people break their resolution by January 12th! Yep, you read that right, just 12 days! So, before you start feeling like you’ve failed yourself remember this, your fitness journey can start at ANY TIME! BOOM! If you have already broken your promise to yourself, that is OK. We can try again. The key is to not give up. When I was starting my fitness journey, it was really hard to stick with it and stay consistent. But I swear it gets better. Every day you stay on track is another day of progress, and the next day is a little less hard. Your cravings start to fade and you get into a routine of healthy habits. There will be really good days and some pretty crummy days and that is completely normal. We must learn to be patient and kind to ourselves. We will not feel 100% motivated every single day. But as long as you can hop back on, keep going and not revert back to your old ways, you will come out even stronger because of it!

It’s really about staying the course, and I can help you do it! Trust me when I say, I have lived this thing and I know the exact roller coaster of emotions one can go through. (Hi, my name is Kyndra and I suffer from severe anxiety.) Let me show you what you are capable of mentally and physically by committing to one month of online training with me.
